Roles & Responsibilities:

Job Profile:

1. Responsible for End to End Recruitment.

2. Understanding the stakeholder's requirement, keeping information about their company, industry, their work culture & environment.

3. Sourcing candidates on various job portals & social media platforms like Naukri, Linkedin, Facebook, etc.

4. Screening & Shortlisting the suitable candidates, scheduling interviews, and updating the same.

5. Briefing the shortlisted candidate about the company, job responsibilities, salary & other benefits of the job to ensure the clarity.

6. Collection of all required pre-joining documents

7. Maintaining MIS, trackers and presenting it as needed on weekly/monthly basis.

8. Ensure smooth communication with all the stakeholders.

9. Follow-up with all the candidates and ensure their joining on the given joining dates

Facilitate & maintain relationship with the new joiners for initial period 3 months.

Desired Candidate Profile

a) Experience of 3-4 years in end to end recruitments.

b) Must have experience in hiring of multiple profiles for an IT company in sales, marketing, customer service, technical support etc. for an IT company. g.

c) Any Graduate with Full time MBA / PGDM in HR

d) Good communication and presentation Skills

e) Proficient with MS office and sound IT skills
