Job Details

We are looking for candidates who can start working from.

Job Duties:

  • Welcoming new customers via video calls
  • Reviewing and editing customers' resumes after assessing their profile
  • Conducting interview training sessions with job seekers
  • Providing candidates with updates on the interview process
  • Arranging video interviews between candidates and employers in a timely manner
  • Interview coordination, assisting candidates and employers during the interview process
  • Gathering and sharing the feedback after the interviews
  • Informing the candidates of the results
  • Planning for the upcoming interviews and shortlisting suitable candidates according to the requirements
  • Other HR duties as assigned

Qualifications:

· Good IT skills (MS Office/ Google Apps/ PDF & Word processing Softwares)

· Proficiency in English (written and oral)

· Excellent planning skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities whereas paying attention to detail.
