Job Responsibilities:

- Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues.

\n\n

- Provide e-mail and chat support for issues raised by publishers.

\n\n

- Issues can be related to ad serving/ reporting/ ad delivery/ page implementation /creative development.
