- 5 days working, 2 Week offs Rotational
- 24*7 Shifts - Mostly UK / AUS

- Work Location- Pune (Yerwada Commerzone IT Park)
Alignment to chat or voice will depend on previous experience
CTC will be offered basis your previous salary
Roles and Responsibilities-
- An advisor will be responsible for handling customer queries (inc. billing, rate plans, service activations and changes, credits and adjustments, technical troubleshooting and complaints) for one of our telecom client.
- Take complete responsibility of providing accurate and relevant information and to resolve customers query on the first contact.
