1. Ensure the SLA deliverables are met as per respective BC SLA agreement and address escalate application issues and BOT issues appropriately
2. Initiate the Partnership discussion with the Relevant BCs Stake Holders.
3. Ensure team delivers Quality in the processes and meet/exceed the objectives
4. Ensure the team members are completely engaged through cross-functional training/support
5. To support the team to initiate process improvement ideas
6. To provide continuous feedback to the team members and to address the below/average performance
