Coordinate production plan for multiple P2P contract manufacturing sites in order to ensure seamless operations & achieve production targets in line with defined quality & time standards. Also lead commercial negotiation with the vendors for the P2P operations.

\n\nAccountabilities\n\n

I. Monitor and co-ordinate the production plan to achieve productivity targets as per schedule for multiple P2P sites. .
II. Review all product and process related quality reports on daily and periodic basis at contract manufacturing sites in compliance with CMO
III. Investigate Market Complaint jointly with the team and CMO through root cause analysis to resolve critical issues in a timely manner
IV. Review and prepare a consolidated management information report for multiple CMS to analyse performance of contract manufacturing sites.
V. Manage the process of identifying, evaluating, and selecting and negotiating a contract for global contract manufacturing to ensure cost effectiveness and addition of manufacturing capacities as per need for P2P operations.
VI. Review and access the existing vendors and evaluate new potential business partners for derisking of the product.
VII. Plan reconciliation, cost analysis, PO release and submission of delivery schedule and tracking of dispatches. Ensure that the P2P sites complies with the terms and conditions of the Quality Agreement by collaborating with CQA function to achieve adherence to specified quality levels
