Role Summary

The individual must have overall 6-8 years of experience in EPBCS Solution, have broad knowledge of the entire Planning & Forecasting cycle and in-depth knowledge of EPBCS functionality. Ability to work independently who will be aligned with all relevant teams for the implementation/support.

Roles & Responsibilities

\n
• Must have a complete project lifecycle experience in a Planning Budgeting Cloud
\n
• Driving technical design of suitable metadata load solution using Outline Load Utility, EPM Automate, FDMEE
\n
• Minimum 1-2 full life cycles implementation experiences with EPBCS modules
\n
• Troubleshoot, analyze provide fix for Essbase/Planning/ EPBCS/PBCS/FDMEE or Data Management related issues - Proactive tuning, optimizing, and maintenance of the Hyperion Planning applications.
\n
• Experience on Infrastructure activities which are Hyperion application Patching, migration, upgradation.
\n
• Be familiar with Jython scripting
\n
• Experience in Hyperion Shared Services and security model
\n
• Proficient in writing Business Rules and Calc scripts.
\n
• Experience into Performance Tuning.
\n
• Have experience creating data maps, data integration & writing MDX scripts
\n
• Know how to implement partitioning between applications
\n
• Have the ability to create calculations, forms, menus, task lists and run Essbase ad-hoc reports
\n
• Possess the knowledge on how to implement process management
\n
• Understand how to set up security for users and groups and assign access in the applications and reports
\n
• Be able to migrate applications between multiple environments
\n
• Possess knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
\n
• Possess the drive to make project deadlines using scope, resources, and time as levers
\n
• Be comfortable working with customers, managers, and other team members
\n
• Possess a positive attitude
\n
• Have the ability to translate technical concepts into terminology that non-technical people can understand
\n
• Be able to work as part of a virtual team, where team members can work all over the world
\n
• Pay attention to detail, be conscientious and self-motivated, possess excellent organizational skills, and deliver quality end results

• Have ability to learn and leverage Oracles existing systems, such as DRM and OIM, to improve the current processes

EXPERIENCE:

\n
• A graduate degree in in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field strongly
  preferred
\n
• 6-8 Yrs. experience in Essbase, Planning, HFM, FDMEE, ARCS, PBCS/EPBCS/ARM/ARCS with strong Application Development process, Design, Functional & Technical.
\n
• Expertise in Hyperion System 11x for Planning, Essbase BSO, ASO, FDMEE & ODI.
\n
• Proficiency in Hyperion EPM v11.1.2.4 HFM, Hyperion Planning, Essbase, FDMEE, DRM, EBPCS, FCCS
\n
• Be familiar with the functionality of Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), Financial Data Quality Management Enterprise Edition (FDMEE), Data Management, EPM Automate, and other ETL tools
\n
• Expert in Groovy Scripting
\n
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a wide variety of internal and external customers in the business
\n
• Excellent presentation skills, team management & motivation skills
\n
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and certification is good to have
\n
