We are looking for someone who can coordinate the Accounts Payable function. Also, assist associates to identify & implement AP improvements. You must be a Finance and Accounting Subject Matter Guide with relevant experience in the accounts payable process.
\n\n
Responsibilities
\n- \n
- Process Purchase Order, Non-Purchase Order (FI), eInvoices as per the established process \n
- Reconcile the processed work by the team verifying entries and comparing system reports \n
- Charge expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports and recording entries \n
- Production planning on a daily basis and allocating the inflow volume to respective team members \n
- Pay vendors by monitoring contract/PO terms, discount, scheduling and preparing checks/Fund Transfer Orders, resolving purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies and documentation; ensuring credit is received for outstanding memos, issuing stop-payments or purchase order amendments \n
- Process travel and expense reports of employees by receiving and verifying expense reports for advances and receipts \n
- Good knowledge of excel reports like Pivot table, formulas, formatting and cleansing the data \n
- Resolving queries like wrong posting, reversal, and corrections \n
- Support team members in processing corrections by clarifying their doubts and confusions \n
- Ensure SOPs are reviewed frequently and the latest updates are incorporated post-client sign off. \n
- Maintain 100% accuracy of invoice processing and monthly reports \n
- Report taxes whilst processing region-specific invoices as per the requirement \n
- Understanding of Helpdesk operations would be an added advantage \n

Qualifications
\nMinimum qualifications/skills
\n- \n
- B.com/BBA graduates \n
- B.com/BBA + M.com , B.com/BBA+M.com \n
\n
Preferred qualifications/skills
\n- \n
- Bachelor/Master of Commerce or Business Administration \n
- Relevant work experience in AP preferably in the Oil and Gas industry \n
- Must have sound knowledge of written and spoken English \n
- Preferable to have practical knowledge of SAP \n
- Preferable to have practical knowledge of Reporting and Service Now \n
- Understanding of Source to Pay process is a plus \n
- Excellent time management and planning skills \n
- Attention to detail, good analytical and problem-solving capabilities \n
- Drive to achieve results and deliver on goals \n
