We are inviting applications for the role of Process Associate- Accounts Payable, Order to cash, Record to report.

Key skills: Finance & Accounting, RTR, Record to report, Accounts payable, B.com freshers

In this role, you will be responsible for the function of the position, Work in the back office process, transaction processing & data entry of customer details and the understanding of product categories in a time sensitive manner. This position is responsible for accuracy, efficiency and retrieval of processed data.

Responsibilities

• Basic Accounting knowledge
\n
• Understand the basic accounting process/terms
\n
• Working knowledge of Relevant GAAP and MS Office
\n
• Ability to communicate verbally and through emails with businesses
\n
• Knowledge of computers including standard packages
\n
• Make collection calls to the customers, emailing/faxing invoices or getting hard copies mailed out to customers as per their requests
\n

Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications

\n
• BCom/Mcom/MBA
\n
• Only Freshers ( candidates with 11 months exp. are also eligible)
\n

Shift- Flexible with any shift

Preferred qualifications

\n
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
\n
• Knowledge of Banking or Insurance industry would be an added advantage
\n
• Proficient in English language- both written and oral
\n
