Primary Role • Day-to-Day administrative support to OD Sales Leadership

  • Scheduling meetings and appointments on daily basis for VP as per his direction
  • \n
  • Arranging domestic/ international itineraries and compiling documents for business meetings for VP and per his direction (Visas, OTTs, Meeting Agenda, QBR Templates)
  • \n
  • Compiling day to day reports and business intelligence Forecast, Pipeline, Leads, BDC, Head-Count, Upsell reporting and on demand reporting requests
  • \n
  • Managing reimbursements for all business-related expenses incurred by Joydeep (and as per his direction) to manage the team
  • \n
  • Preparing Minutes of the meeting for Joydeep (and as per his direction)
  • \n
  • Organizing and managing various team events (Rewards and Recognition Dinner, Team Building, etc.) for the employees
  • \n
  • Vendor Management for all administrative, training and events purposes
  • \n
  • Active follow ups with stakeholders on various deadlines
  • \n
  • Keeping a check on the facilities floor cleanliness, hygiene, projector, phones, hardware, washrooms and other arrangements during executive visits to Noida hub

  • Documentation of the important paperwork travel, expenses, visas, events, procurement, etc
