Apply scientific principles in crystallization process development to obtain desired powder and polymorph properties and successfully scale up the process to manufacturing

\n\nAccountabilities\n\n

1. Undertake crystallization process development and process improvement activities to achieve desired powder properties
2. Preparation and implementation of SOP, IOP and EOP for new equipments and instruments. Raising change control for updating SOPs if required. Informing team members about the updation of SOPs. Coordinating with ROC for any documentation related queries.
3. Evaluate new technologies for crystallization and powder technologies
4. Develop thorough understanding of the formulations requirement and translate it to API powder properties
5. Implement PAT principles with suitable process conditions within PAT framework at various stages of API and Formulations product development in order to ensure robust quality of product and process
6. Identify new Process Analytical Technology (PAT)/Modeling tools in API and Formulation development to enhance the existing process design
7. Prioritize process parameters and material attributes for experimental verification using tools such as DoE, PAT wherever necessary

B.E (Chemical Engineering)

\n\nRelevant Work Experience\n\n

At least 4 years of experience in API and Formulation Development with exposure to different Process Analytical Tools and comparative technologies
