• To clearly understand the Ticket raised in CRM and document the requirements
• To comply to agreed SLA/ customer timelines and adhere to the high quality norms set to ensure zero-error
• Improving skill level through Self development / nominating training programs Skill reverification Tests
• DFP (Desktop for Publishers) tool Technical support with HTML, Java Script and CSS

Skills Required

\n\n

• Working knowledge of HTML, Javascript & CSS – must
• Good understanding of internet architecture and web concepts
• Familiarity with ad operations, ad optimization and monetization tools preferred

Documents to be Carried

\n\n

• You should carry a copy of the Latest Resume.
• Aadhar Card (original and photocopy) with three passport size photographs are must.
• You need to carry any Government Certified ID Proof like the PAN, Voter ID, Passport.
• Students should have all the essential educational certificates along with the xerox copies.
