3i Infotech Ltd is an Indian IT company, based in India. It was incorporated in 1993. 3i Infotech was promoted by ICICI Bank but ICICI divested majority of the shares of the company in March 2002. In 2015, the 3i Infotech shares continued to drop in value as ICICI keeps on trimming their stake in the company.
